Government Extends Validity of Anti-Dumping Duty Till 15 December 2026

The Central Government has issued Notification No. 10/2026-Customs (ADD) dated 10 June 2026 amending Notification No. 51/2021-Customs (ADD) dated 16 September 2021. The amendment has been made under the provisions of Section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 read with the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995.
As per the amendment, a new paragraph has been inserted stating that:
“Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 2, the anti-dumping duty imposed under this notification shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 15th December, 2026, unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier.”
