G.S.R.(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section-3' sub-section (1) of section 7 and sub-section (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act' 20 13 (18 of 2013), the Centrai Glvernmint hereby makes the following rules further to amend the companies (Incorporatlonf Rules' 2014' namely: -
