Reserve Bank of India (Small Finance Banks – Internal Ombudsman) Directions, 2026

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 35A of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, the Reserve Bank of India, being satisfied that it is necessary and expedient in the public interest, hereby issues the following Directions to strengthen the internal grievance redress mechanism in banks and ensure speedy and meaningful resolution of customer complaints.
