After the integration, LLPs will be filing forms at MCA21 website (www.mca.gov.in/MCA21).As a first step towards integration and migration to new system, Form-1 and Form-24 will not be available for filing w.e.f. 21-05-2012 on LLP portal i.e. www.llp.gov.in.
