Q. Accoutning Treatment - One of our Client, having status of Private Limited Co., doing business of online balance transfer to the venders. The company first received Cash/Bank from their all vender party and in turn the company transfer the balance in wallet of the vender A/c. Quary.. 1.Should the Cash/Bank amount received from vender be considered as a turnover in P & L A/c? 2.or only commission received from the wallet company is to be treated as direct income and not to shown the cash turnover in p& L A/c? 3.Since company is liable to to pay GST only on commission invoice issued to wallet company, now if we show the turnover of Cash/Bank (which is not liable to GST) department may raised the quary, that your turnover is more in p&l A/c compair to 3B??

Q. GST - Situation:- Company is in NBFC Business having registration in 10 state and continuing business with respective registration. But now management want to cancel all the registration and start billing from head office to all the branch by charging IGST.

Q. Claim refund under Gst - Assesses has purchased material by date 04.07.19, e-way bill also 04.07.19 and
reported in 2A also in July 19. But export invoice against this material generated
dated 30.06.19 uploaded in R1 and 3B of June 19. Due to this, GST refund not
received, as ITC not shown in 2A.How current statuses can be checked and can
claim from dept.Can we claim ITC as per books in GSTR 9 provided in 2A there is
