In which head should I put the following expenses:
purchase of cleaning materials like brooms, phenyl etc, dustbins. Should I put it in sundry exps or maintenance exps? |

You can add these type of expenditures under the head Office Maintenance Exp. or Building Running & Maint. Exp. or Repair & maintenance A/c.
