Dear Sir one of our client issue debit note to book the Sale and does not issue the Invoice for the same .
In my opinion the Debit note and Credit notes are issued only when there is change in the original Invoice and also when services are
shared in the department of a company , Am I rite Sir ?

| yes you are right, debit note and credit note is issued when there is change is original invoice say for e.g sales return/purchase return |
