Hloo ppl...hope u ol r guud...Please solve my query.a compny has booked too much expenses in order to reduce profit...now it has negative cash balance..so how can i correct cash balance....what r the possible resources for cash flow...issue is related to FY 2013-14....

| Dear First of all only genuine expenses should be booked.
Secondly check whether expenses has been incurred on credit period or on cash .
If on cash basis then person who has incurred it may have paid it & do the accounting accordingly.

| Book the expenses through director's imprest account or take loan below 20000. |
