if a challan have booked in previous AY 11-12 actuly its AY 12-13. what is solution of it. and can i pay any penalty for it. |

| There is no issue. you can contact to NSDL for rectifcation.

| "challan have booked in previous AY 11-12\IT means that selection of AY I select wrongly in the time of submitting the TDS of sec 192 for the month of April 2011 it should be booked AY 2012-2013 but wrongly it has been book AY 2011-2012, in the time of net banking payment made by me, |

| Dear Narendra your query is not clear means, "challan have booked in previous AY 11-12" WHAT DOES IT MEAN, is it means that you entered wrongly in the books or at the time of payment you have made the mistake, or something else.
Please make it clear so that i will be able to answer the same, hopefully you don't mind............. |
