| IF WEBSITE IS USED FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR IT WILL BE TREATED AS CAPITAL ASSET OTHERWISE REVENUE ASSET

| Asset for expenditure spent for web designing. But annual maintanence is revenue expenditure.

| Development of Website Capital Expenditure. But if Less Than 5000/- can to expensed at the option of assessee. And monthly or maintenance charges paid during the year will be transfer to statement of p&L |

| Website is an assets for us, it is because the benefit of the same is for the long period. |
