share applicaton money pending from last year and appearing in last year balance sheet..
how should be treated now
or just be shown in the balance sheet of cy also

| As per new companies Act 2013 (Sec 73), Share must be alloted within 60 days from date of received of application money otherwise it treat as deposit & require to interest on such deposit |

| I agree with Nidhi..Share application money is not remain o/s so you should classified that share application money under Short term borrowings. |
