M/s A & associates in which Mr.A & B is partner and M/S. B & Associates in which Mr. A & Mr. B is a partner............
can this type of partnership is valid.??????? |

Technically there do not seem to be any problem in this case as partnership firm is different than its partners. How ever i do not see any relevency in forming this kind of an arrangement.

No problem as such. But no need to form firm like this as it is not having any difference among them.

i'll also agree with Mr. Upadhyay... there is no restriction in this kind of formation but practically it wont benefit the firm and the partners. |
