Please Help: land valutation

In my organisation,land is is shown at cost price.But i want to revalue the land as per todays market price.how should i carry out this.Since there is no valucation person in my country.Can you please advice.(Meet the IFRS requirmen also)

If valuer not available in your country. Do the Valuation based on ready recknor rates used during property transactions / registrations
