| no reg. is required.but, the owner may be required to obtain a license specific to the line of business from the local administration.

| My dear Ankur, where you want to register the sole proprietor, please clarify first.
Because in income tax there is no registration required for the sole proprietor, but yes in sales tax it is required to register the sole proprietor, if the above act is applicable on that business.
So if you clarify then only anybody can respond correctly, hope you will understand and clarify the same.
