i m doing audit of NREGA Gram Panchayat for F.Y.2009-10 @800/- Per Gram Panchayat.and submitted the bill. for the F.Y.2010-11 Zila Panchayat Invited Tender for allotment of Audit. various CA Firm are Applied for this and quote Less fees i.e. below 800/-. i want to know that can the firm take assignment in such below rate and i also want to know that can a CA firm accept assignemt before Getting NOC From Me. whereas the payment of our bill is still due. |

| Dear Sunil,
You are requested not to post the same query again and again (i.e. you have posted the same query thrice) as it amounts to repition of query.
Its not that you will get the reply if you are posting the same thing again and again as you will get the reply as and when an appropriate conclusion is rteached.
The reply to your query is taking time as we try to provide the most appropriate reply which is of some use/ addressses issue of the querist in a proper manner.
