I would like to start a propreitory CA firm in India and start practice. My query is whether I can also be a partner with another CA firm alongwith my sole practice |

| Yes, And your audit ceiling limits will remain same i.e. audit done by you in your firm & other ca firm will be part of one audit ceiling.

| Yes you can be a partner with any firm along with the Sole Proprietor. Provided the same has to be informed to the ICAI in the proper form. |
