As we know that if a company has outstanding loan exceeding 25 lakh then Caro is applicable..my question is that whether all types of loans shall considered for this..?? |

| yes it includes al types of Loans except From NOn Banking financial Institutions.

| Yes,25 lacks include all types loan whether taken from bank or financial institute EXCEPT NBFC (Non-Banking financial institute)
