Where the relations between the existing auditor and the owner of Private Limited Company are not favorable with each other.Can a Private limited Company appoints a new auditor? If yes, what is the procedure of appointment of fresh auditor? |

| yes a private company has the option to appoint a fresh audtor by just passing a ordinary resolution in board meeting.. |
