I want to know whether a CA Firm can be appointed as Statutory Branch Auditor of Public Sector Bank and Private Sector Bank simultaneously for same financial year. |

| A CA Firm can not be appointed for 2 PSU Banks at a time but there is no bar on Private Sector Banks. |
