Whether partner of the firm who has surrender his own individual firm name, can accept and sign the Tax Audit report under his personal capacity with only his MRN No. ? |

| A CA who wants to sign the Tax audit report, he must have the MRN with Full time COP otherwise he is not eligible to sign any audit report. |

| A recently qualify C.A holding full time COP can sign the Tax audit report under his name.
So it may be possible that a C.A who surrender his firm name but having full time COP can accept and sign Tax Audit report. |
