i am newly ca in practice. i received a aasingment for pvt campany audit and income tax audit, am i done borh, whose permission letter required for this audit |

| Yes, You Can Accept both the assignments. And, you are required to obtain an Engagement letter from the Co. & NOC from Previous Auditor.

| if you are not an first Auditor then you need to take permission of previos auditore as per professional ethics issued by ICAI.

| No permission required just give a confirmation letter to previous auditor and file 23B to ROC. |
