Most of the Banks have Internal Circular regards the property already taken as mortgage and as may circulars revaluation of the property is done after 6 months of the latest loan facility availed. |

It can be valued even after one day of sale deed. But most of the Banks having internal circulars regarding the value of the property to be considered is taht, less than 6 months property should be valued at sale deed value not as per Market value by the Valuation Certificate. |
