Whether EPF Regulations are applicable on ISO Certification Company? |

| EPF is nothing to do with the ISO certification, it is inly concerned with the number of employees in an organisation.

| Yes, in case employees strength touches 20, then the company will have to apply for registration under PF act. ISO status does not affect the PF applicability

| EPF Act applicability arise to any organisation who are employing 20 or more then 20 employees
