Please Help: Annual filing with MCA by defunct company

Respected All,
One of my client has not filed annual returns since beginning i.e. from f.y 2008-09. Now company wants to file all pending returns. Company does not performs any operational activity since starting.
please tell me that is it possible to file annual returns from f.y.2008-09 to 2012-12 in the fin. year 2013-14.
Also mentioned the fees to be deposited with MCA (including Late fees) for all the years.
whether filing of returns is necessary if company shut down u/s 560 or under scheme FTE.

Yes, as answered by Mr. Jha, filing can be done by paying 9 times fees, if the notice from roc has not yet been recieved.

Thank you Jha Ji,
But Directors of such company not willing to continue if annual fees for filing annual return is much more (keeping in mind that since beginning there is no single transaction). They prefer to shut it down if it is possible without filing annual return.
Whether company applies for shut down without filing annual returns.

if u have not received any notice u/s 560 of the companies act then hurry up file your all form immediately by paying 9 times additional fees for the financial year 2008-9 to 2011-12 so hurry up.
If ROC has issued notice u/s 560 and company has been deactivated then to again activate the company you will have to go court. |
