Can a Woman Director be appointed as WTD ie. KMP of a listed company and simultaneously Whole time Company Secretary of the same listed company. |

| No, Whole time company secretary is covered under KMP and the same person can not be whole time director and company secretary.

| No. Whole time company secretary can not be a director either whole or independent or any director in same company. |
