Please Help: CAN HUF BE A PROMOTER OF A COMPANY

Can HUF be a promoter in a company. If yes, then would its information be given on the page of first subscribers to memorandum?? 2. how eform 1A would be filled, as no DIN No. would be there, will PAN No. suffice..??
