Whether I can register a private limited company by using the word "INDIA". What are the additional compliance for authorised capital, fees and documents for this matter. I found a guideline which is related to 2011 in which it is stated that 25 lakh min. capital should be require. But some CS practitioner are saying that you can register your company by min. 1 lakh capital without any additional compliance. |
