Can a LLP be converted into a private ltd company....If yes what is the process

| The answer is no. You can not convert a LLP into pvt ltd. I you want to convert the LLP into Pvt Ltd , you have to incorporate a new Co. and the you can transfer all liabilities and assets in takeover. |
