Hello Experts
As per EPF Regulations,Establishments employing 20 or more persons and engaged in any of the 180 industries / Classes of Businesses specified are covered under EPF Act and as per my findings, ISO Certification Company is not covered under Specified Establishments.. Even now EPF Regulations are Applicable.?? |

| PF deduction has nothing to with the certification. Certification is for the company not for the government.this is the mandatory statutory requirement.

| All the company and organisation who are employing 20 or more then 20 employees should be fall undr the preview of PF Act to the extent of my knowledge
