can anyone provide me with the procedure to be folloed uunder FTE to close the company along with necessary annexures and deatils for the state of gujatat?? |

| you need to file Form FTE
Attachments required are : Indemnity bond from all the directors
affidavit from all the directors
Statement of Assets & lIablities certified by CA & Signed by all partners that you have no outside liability.
Address/id proof of all directors
Board Resolution to close the company. |
