Hi, Pl Advise In case of Lease Deed weather Lessor (Owner of Property) can appoint the authorised Signatory for registration of lease deed. Lessor is an Individual Person |

| Yes, he can authorize any person on his behalf as authorized signatory for registration of lease deed by Power of attorney and in case owner a company than board resolution is also required to be passed to authorize him.

| YES , HE CAN ISSUE A POWER OF ATTORNEY TO HIS AUTHORISED PERSON TO CONDUCT ANY ACT
COLLECT POWER OF ATTORNEY ISSUED TO SUCH PERSON ALSO. |
