Hello,
One of my client has purchased an existing Pvt. Ltd Company. I want to know about the dues lies in the name of company before such purchase. Please confirm me for previous dues on Telephone etc who will be responsible if the old directors have not paid them. Althugh we have made an agreement that old owners are responsible for dues before purchase.
Is it sufficient to save new owners? or any other tools should be used to save new owners? |

| The company being a separate legal entity it is the responsibility of the company to settle the dues irrespective of the fact who owns it. The earlier dues have to be considered while working out the purchase price,depending upon the agreement between the buyer and seller. |
