for reg of CA partnership firm can first taken approval of name from ICAI & then execution of Partnership deed pls suggest actual proceedure |

| Before execution of Partnership deed you have to apply for approval of name of Ca Firm to the extent of my knowledge

| partnership deed is second step for registration... you first need to apply for a particular name by filling up the correct form
