Please Help: Resubmission of Form 1A

I have a query. I submitted e-form 1A, it is rejected by roc due to non filling of activity datsy it is required to be resubmitted.. Is i have to file a new form & again pay the fees or there is any resubmission form?

Plz check if there are written for re submission then resubmit or you have to file fresh form
