Please Help: Time limit by SEBI

What is the time limit prescribed by the SEBI, to refund the shareholder money in case of NO MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION? is it 10 days or 8 days.?

time limit for refund application money is 130 days from issue of prospectus. Means 10 days
