can a pvt ltd. co. loan taken from credit co-operative socity , in the case of a non banking finance co. then ansure is different ? |

| A pvt Ltd. co can take loan from Co-op Credit Society, since the Credit Societies are equivalent to banks. However whether credit societies can give loan to pvt. ltd. companies would depend on the byelaws of the co-op credit society |

| A pvt ltd co. cannot take loan from co-opertive society , but it can take loan from NBFC. |
