| agree with vipin jee, it is completely legal, and legally it should be shown as income in fathers return as income from house property, but practically , people dont show it in their income, though legally it should be shown.

| yes it is totally valid provided the house is in the name of the Father and he is showing it in his return of income as income from house property.....
