Please Help: Articleship transfer

I have completed 2 yrs and 3 months of Articleship in Dec. 2013. But due to my father's transfer to jodhpur (earlier working in ghaziabad, U.P.) i want to take transfer on this ground. Plz suggest

YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO TRANSFER...BECAUSE AS PER RULE YOU TAKE TFR WITH IN 1 YEAR OF STARTING OF TRNG....
