Mr A purchased scrap (like plastice carry bag, milk pkt,etc) from Mr.B and Mr convert scrap into plastic dana by using machining activity. Mr. A sold dana To Mr.C which is used by Mr.C for manufacturing of plastic table, chair.use of dana is manufacturing of plastic chair.
In the above case Mr. A covered under Excise law or not(i.e. it is manufacturing activity or not). Pls reply fast alongwith supporting. |
