Assesse engage in relabling of product using the brand name of other wheather it amount to manufacturing or not under sec. 2(f) of excise and product also coverd under schedule 3 of CETA |

| Dear As per Section 2(f)(iii), it is covered by deemed manufacture and hence excisable product.
