Company has its captive power plant and company is selling electricity, so now whether company is reuired to reverse whole or proportionate cenvat taken on capital goods and inputs |

| Proportionate cenvat credit needs to be reversed. Refer to a similar case law from idt where company selling naptha was required to reverse proportionate credit of cenvat.
