DTA received rejections from SEZ units on challans.
Q1: Whether duty payable after rejections since goods are removed from Factory?
Q2: In case the goods are to be sent back to SEZ after re processing, whether they need to sent under the Challan or ARE 1? |

| Dear Manish, Yes, the duty would be payable after rejections since the goods are removed from Factory, and for transferring again, the same process will have to be followed, i.e. If the goods are sent back to SEZ after re-processiong, they need to send under Challan or ARE 1.
