A person having interstate supply hence required to be register under GST, is he also require to deduct GST even his supply is below 20 Lacs. |

| yes. Interstate outward supply person should get registered compulsory without any limit. it comes under categories of persons who shall be required to be registered under GST Aact irrespective of the threshold. |
