A ltd is giving coupon to mechanics for sales promotion, mechanics are not employees of A ltd and mechanics earn points and take redemption from company whether A ltd is liable for GST on the same.

yes A ltd require to pay GST. however as per time of supply, A ltd. require to pay GST when the voucher redeemed.
