In case of accountant wrongly deposited IGST amount in CGST and SGST. Is there a way rectify the same.

| There is no way to adjust the same, you will have to pay the IGST and take refund of CGST & SGST |

| There is no way to rectify this mistake.You will have to pay the IGST to get the GST liability set off properly.
You can take refund of CGST & SGST wrongly deposited by you by filing the GST Refund form or can use the same for future GST liabilities. |
