Dear Sir,
I have one office in Gurugram from where I am paying GST on Rent But there is no Output tax Liability in Gurugram and my Output Tax Liability from delhi . Now How can I take ITC on Rent .
Can I take ITC on payment of Output tax liability of Delhi . |

| You can avail ITC OF ONLY CGST part on the such payment in other state/UT. |
