Sir,i am Regsitered in Vadodra my Client Regsitered in Maharastra he is Given me order for supply material in Vadodra, but he don't have Gst number in Vadodra.he is a Contractor. he is just given me his site address with His name and C/o ABC Party name we are dielivery goods at site in Guajrat. Which Tax Applicable in this case SGST/CGST or IGST. |
