is it mandatory for every firm to get DSC or is it mandatory for only those firms whose accounts are required to be audited. the language of notification is a bit ambiguous. |

| Yes required only to those who come under audit.

| yes it is..........anyone who is covered under the ambit of Section 44AB

| Yes..DSC is required by anyone who falls under the ambit of Sec 44AB, i.e., whose accounts are required to be audited...and not by the rest.
