The date of applicability of IFRS in India (i.e.IND-AS) is deferred to a future date by a press release issued by MCA (Please click on the following link to access the Press release http://www.casansaar.com/notification_details.php?id=202)

| Dear Praveen,
DTC is likely to be applicable from 1st April, 2012. The same is also written in the DTC Bill also as the date of commencement. Further, the same was also told in a recent interview by the Finance Minister.

| Further, The date of applicability of GST has been deferred to 1st April, 2012. However, the same is also not likely to be met due to lack in agreement between different state finance ministers. The same was also said by the union Finance Minister recently.
