ONE OF MY CLINT SHIFTED TO INDONESIA IN 2010, SHE IS HAVING INCOME FORM INTEREST IN INDIA AND TDS WAS ALSO DEDUCTED SHE HAVE NO OTHER INCOE IN INDIA , SHE HAVING LIC IN INDIA MY QUESTION IS - SHE CAN FILE THE RETURN IN INDIA AND CLAIM TDS AND TAKE BENIFIT OF LIC |

| Dear Ashok, yes definately she can file return of income in india and she is fully eligible for taking the benefit of LIC also as already answered by Vikash Ji,
